Therapy for the Creative Professional
Merging passion with career...it's the dream right? Even though it comes with its own challenges, (such as the dreaded creative block, burn-out, etc.) a creative career can be fulfilling and lucrative if you have the tools to stay connected to your imagination, inspired by the world, and grounded through the obstacles.
How can I help?
Some practical approaches to therapy.

You did it! You've achieved a career doing what you love. But why does it feel like somethings missing?

Merging passion with vocation can transform a process that you once loved into something different. Why wouldn't it? The stakes are higher now, and maybe the process feels less "natural" than it once did. What if I told you that you can reignite that spark that has seemed to diminish?

I have successfully worked with creative professionals to address the difficulties in their careers. My specialization in art therapy gives me a unique perspective into the mind of the artist, as well as the knowledge to access imagination through proven therapeutic techniques. Here are some ways I can help:

-
Art Therapy to stimulate the imagination, spark creativity, increase mindfulness, and unlock unconscious ideas.
-
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to identify your value system in order to make decisions that are meaningful and align with your true self.
-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address unproductive or harmful thought patterns which could be blocking your creative flow.
